About Us
Bearlodge Forest Products, Inc. has been in business since 1977. We are located in the beautiful Black Hills of Northeastern Wyoming, and are just nine miles north of Devils tower, our first National Monument. We are a third generation family business, now owned and managed by Doug and Dena (Neiman) Mills.
Both Doug and Dena grew up in the area, Dena being raised in this business, while Doug grew up on a family ranch 20 miles south of Hulett.
We have been extremely blessed to grow up here and return home to raise our family in this business and in a beautiful part of the world.
Our business has seen many changes over the last 45+ years, from sawing almost exclusively timbers and a few pallets to the exact opposite of almost all pallets and a few timbers. We are thankful that God continues to guide and direct our decisions and blesses us with many dear relationships along the way. We say often that we are really in the “People Business”, we just happen to build pallets for a living. All that to say, that no matter what we are in the middle of, or what we are working on, it always comes back to the people we work with and for…and we get to rub shoulders with some of the very best.

We promote sustainable forestry, as well as small wood utilization. We serve customers that require an accurate, durable and high quality new pallet.
